Avenue Business Park (Stage 1)
A project that has spanned 10 years and one that we are extremely proud to see almost complete is Stage 1 of Avenue Business Park, Morrinsville. The site is owned by the Steffert Family, turning 11ha of farmland being into a business park right in the heart of the golden triangle. Chris has supported the project in all aspects from resource consent management, sales, and full project management of the earth works and civil work currently taking place.
Stage 1 is due to be completed Q4 2023.
Avenue Business Park (Stage 2)
The proposed second stage of the business park is now in the planning. The aim is to bring another 13ha of industrial land to the market and continue on from the success of Stage 1.
Currently a plan change has been submitted to council for the site and we are expecting an outcome of this process before the end of 2023.
Anzac Avenue - Townhouses
Completed in 2022, we worked with Kainga Ora to provide Morrinsville with some much needed social housing. The project involved acquisition of the site, removal of the existing house and construction of seven new dwellings.
Working with AHS Group, we managed the full project cycle and delivered a great outcome for all parties.

Cambridge Health Hub
Working as a Project Director, Steffert Property are supporting the team with management of this exciting development. The Health Hub Cambridge, a 7,300m2 complex will provide a wide range of medical services for Cambridge and the surrounding districts.
Hills Apartments
While working at Stark Property, Chris was charged with project management for the Hills Village, a community of residential living, work-live apartments and commercial offices, situated in the neighbourhood of Hamilton East.
Trust Waikato
During his time at Greenstone Group, Chris worked as the project manager on the award winning Trust Waikato building, this building had a strong vision from the start - to create vibrant and resilient communities, and the multi use office and meeting space building certainly achieved this goal.
Novotel Tainui
While working as a project manager for Greenstone Group, Chris managed the addition of 40 rooms to the Novotel Tainui in Hamilton. This project had it all - including managing a project while allowing a hotel to continue to operate.
Hills Carpark & Office
While working at Stark Property, Chris was charged with project management for the Hills Village underground carpark and commercial office building which faces Grey St. Providing over 80 carparks for the entire village and three floors of office space, the project provided plenty of challenges for the project team.
The Base, Hamilton
During his time at Greenstone Group, Chris worked on the development of The Base shopping centre. Initially providing a tenancy co-ordination role through the build of Te Awa, this grew into project management of various large format builds over a long succesful partnership with Tainui Group Holdings.
